Firstly, we can tell that she is rich pampered and spoilt. Her wealth is showcased throughout the film using all the character construction tools, Speech, Appearance, Actions and Others. However, Claire doesn’t actually have it all her way. She is a victim of peer pressure and is afraid to stand up for herself. The director manages to make such impressions of Claire through speech and actions. In the scene where Claire tells the group they will not be friends after the day, she cries and says she has
no choice but to listen to what her friends say.
To conclude, Claire's life isn't as perfect as it seems. She too faces struggles and has problems.
